Bayonetta 2 First Print Edition Unboxing

A quick and dirty look at the sequel to the best action game of the last generation, and possibly of all time!

The First Print Edition of Bayonetta 2 is one of three versions of the game available. You can also get a vanilla copy of the game or the Special Edition, which also includes the first Bayonetta game but without the fancy packaging and artbook of the First Print Edition.

The games are enclosed in a spiffy box which mimics the Tome of Angels from the game. It also opens in a similar kind of way and seals shut with a nice 'clack' thanks to a magnet on the inside.

There's a a small artbook of about a dozen pages attached to the inner flap of the tome. It has full colour art of some of the characters in the game. It's kind of hard to view because it is attached and kind of small.

An example of the artbook contents.

It's only available in PAL regions and is limited to 15,300 units, which doesn't sound like a particularly small number but it isn't much more expensive than the basic version. Harcore fans and collectors will want this and at the estimated retail price of £60 or so, it's worth it but if you missed out on pre-orders and can't get it at that price then I wouldn't recommend spending a significant amount more on it.
